NOTICE: Any refund issued for qualifying item returns will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT only. No Exceptions.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS:
All sales of personalized or custom order items are final (i.e., photo printed items, items with personal names, etc.). NO returns allowed and NO refunds, with the exception of items produced with errors that are different from the customer's approved proof.
CANDLES:
Candles may be returned if UNUSED. "Unused" is defined as the candle has NOT been lit. Returns of unused candles are accepted for a period of 14 days from the sale of the item. The return package must be shipped within the 14 day period for it to be acceptable. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. A refund will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT within 7 days of the item being received by King Marketing.
RADA CUTLERY:
RADA knives and kitchen utensils may be returned within 14 days of the date of sale. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. The items must be returned with original packaging, and have no sign of usage. A refund will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT within 7 days of the item being received by King Marketing.
TOYS, T-SHIRTS, MUGS, & OTHER STANDARD INVENTORY ITEMS:
All items that are regular inventory items are eligible for return only if UNOPENED, or if package was damaged during shipment. Any item that is opened and removed from original packaging is not eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT within 7 days of the item being received by King Marketing.
***INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM***
To return an item that qualifies for return or replacement according to the terms listed above, please send the package with your information and reason for return to the following address: KING MARKETING; 1096 Grreene 617 Road; Paragould, AR 72450. Once your package has been receive, we will process your request to replace the item, or to refund the purchase amount (less shipping fees, taxes, and a 20% restock fee. Restock fees are not assessed for damaged items that are returned.
